Quality Management System

We operate a complete quality management system fully aligned with IATF 16949. From project initiation to final delivery, every process is standardized, documented, and traceable. We integrate APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC and MSA throughout product development. Continuous improvement, driven by data analysis, ensures every product batch meets rigorous quality standards.

Full Process Control

We maintain full traceability and strict control over the entire process—from design and development through final production—following standardized SOPs at every step: R&D: Our team operates within a structured quality assurance system. Projects start with drawing reviews and feasibility assessments to identify early risks. FMEA and Control Plans are established prior to mass production. New product development follows the APQP framework with phase-gate reviews. Production quality and traceability are ensured through PPAP compliance. Mass Production: After PPAP approval, we execute annual audit plan. Each part undergoes dimensional inspection and 3D profile scanning to ensure production consistency. We conduct regular process audits and weekly process walks across our facilities and suppliers to maintain stable manufacturing capability. For daily quality control, LANCHAM applies two PDI methods—100% in-house inspection and on-site sampling inspection—to ensure shipment quality.

Testing Capabilities

We operate three in-house laboratories — Physical Testing, Physico-Chemical, and Precision Measurement — as an integral part of our IATF 16949 quality management system. They support the product lifecycle from project development to series production. During development, they perform design verification, material evaluation, feasibility assessment, and DV/PV validation, providing data to guide engineering decisions. In production, the laboratories execute PPAP submissions, first article inspections, and ongoing conformity verification, conducting mechanical, environmental, and dimensional tests with calibrated equipment under traceable procedures. Test results are applied to control plans and process capability evaluation, ensuring components meet customer specifications, performance requirements, and industry standards.

Certificates & Standards

We hold certifications across quality, environmental, and social responsibility standards. Our quality system meets IATF 16949. Environmental and safety management is certified to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Supply chain security and social responsibility are covered by C-TPAT and Sedex. For machined, welded, forged, stamped and cast components, we follow the standards specified by our customers.
