Research & Development
From concept to proven performance. Our engineering team supports customers from the earliest design stage, integrating material and process selection, design optimization etc. We use 3D modeling, FEA simulation, and DFMEA etc. analysis to ensure structural strength, durability, and manufacturability of each part. Every design undergoes validation to meet desired performance and safety standards under extreme environments.
Process Selection
We evaluate each design carefully to determine the most suitable manufacturing process, including casting, forging, welding, stamping, and precision machining. Our approach balances material properties, functional requirements, and manufacturability. Backed by an experienced production system and engineering expertise, we ensure components are produced efficiently and reliably from prototype to small- or large-scale production.
Prototyping & Testing
Starting from design drawings, we select suitable rapid prototyping methods—such as CNC machining, 3D printing, and precision casting—based on part geometry and project requirements to produce prototypes. Each prototype is evaluated for fit, function, and manufacturability. Completed samples are retained as references to support design validation, reduce production risks, and guide mass production.
PPAP Submission
We execute PPAP submissions in full alignment with AIAG requirements to demonstrate product conformity, manufacturing process capability, and quality system effectiveness prior to production approval. Our PPAP execution supports defined submission levels, complete and traceable documentation, and objective validation evidence, enabling efficient customer review and on-time program launch.
Mass Production & Quality Assurance
Our facilities integrate casting, forging, welding, stamping, machining, and assembly. Lean manufacturing and automated lines support stable quality, efficient production, and controlled costs. The system accommodates both small- and large-volume orders.

Logistics & Delivery
